These Terms govern your use of the Sod HaGoralot service ("the Service"). By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Sod HaGoralot is an online application that provides traditional fortune/lot ("goral") readings drawn from historical Jewish and Kabbalistic sources. You choose a book and a number, and the Service returns a reading.

2. Entertainment only — no professional advice

The readings are provided for entertainment purposes only. They are not, and must not be relied upon as, professional, medical, legal, financial, psychological, or any other advice. The Service does not claim that any reading foretells the future or has any supernatural effect; the texts are presented as cultural and historical material. Any decision you make is your sole responsibility. You use the Service at your own risk.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

4. Free and paid questions

• The Service offers a free question per device. Additional questions are sold individually or in small packs (for example, a single question or a pack of three). The price, the currency and the number of questions are shown on the paywall and again on the payment page before you pay, and the price shown at checkout is the price that applies. Prices may change from time to time; a change never affects a purchase already made.
• Prices in Israeli shekels (₪) include VAT where applicable. Where an offer is priced in another currency, any local amount shown for your convenience is indicative only: the charge is made in the currency shown on the payment page, and your bank's conversion rate may differ slightly.
• Purchases are digital goods delivered immediately as credits attached to a wallet access link. Payment is handled by our provider (iCount).
• Keep your wallet link. It is a bearer instrument — anyone with the link can use its remaining credits. We are not responsible for credits lost due to a shared, lost, or deleted link, or cleared browser storage where no wallet link was saved.
• Because credits are digital and consumed on use, purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law. For billing issues, contact us.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: attempting to bypass payment or credit limits; scraping, reverse-engineering, or overloading the Service; or using it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, its design, code, and compiled content are owned by the operator and protected by law. The underlying historical texts are drawn from traditional sources; our particular selection, presentation, translations, and software are protected. You may not copy or redistribute the Service without permission.

7. Third-party services

The Service uses third-party providers (hosting, database, payments, analytics) as described in our Privacy Policy. Their terms and policies also apply to their respective functions.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on readings. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes & termination

We may modify or discontinue the Service or these Terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may suspend access for violations of these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Israel shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise.
